National Cables Industry (NCI) is committed to lead Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, High Voltage cables, Fire Resistant Wires and Cables and Overhead Line Conductor industry in the region by meeting National, International Standard, Regulatory and Statutory requirements as well as satisfying Customer needs and expectations.
NCI Top management is committed to implementing a high standard of Quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 & BASEC PCR clause 2.6, where it provides a framework for measuring and improving our overall business performance, supporting our company strategy and business plan and facilitates continual improvements.
To achieve this quality policy, Top management of NCI shall commit to this:
§ Meet the requirements of interested parties and our social, environmental, regulatory, and legislative responsibilities.
§ Provide the necessary resources needed for the quality management system are available, including training, support, supervision, and encouragement.
§ Ensure that responsibilities and authorities are determined and communicated throughout the organization.
§ Providing a clear focus on priorities by establishing business and quality objectives which are reviewed periodically through the management review process.
§ Promote the use of the process approach and Risk-Based thinking.
§ Continually improve effectiveness in achieving business and quality objectives and efficiency of QMS management systems.
NCI has implemented an Internal Audit Program to ensure that the ongoing suitability and conformity of the QMS is assured. The QMS has the full support of the Top Management, its management, and staff.
We shall communicate this policy to all personnel; and to interested parties on demand.
This policy will be reviewed annually by top management and where deemed necessary will be amended and reissued.
